The duty of a staff member does not end with teaching the child various lessons within the class-room but extends to tutoring, counselling and guiding sessions outside the classroom.
Children are encouraged to approach the staff members with their problems. This healthy interaction helps to maintain a good student-teacher relationship.
The group does not believe that induction of teachers with brilliant academic achievements behind them together with long experience can alone elevate the academic standard of schools. Time to time training and orientation imparted to teachers can equip them with the developments and fresh invented methods which would ultimately be instilled among students to their intellectual growth. Renowned academicians with vast experience conduct the orientation programmes and train the teachers.
It is felt parents play a vital role in the educational system and they need to fully co-operate with the school. Honour its rules and procedures for the full fledged development of their wards. Parents, teachers and students are the pillars of any institution for its constructional growth. Failure of a single body’s support may bring havoc to the harmonious growth. The three phase orientation programmes organized separately for primary, secondary and higher levels help the parents understand the reality.
The Comprehensive welcome program will be organized by the sections. These programs acumen the students with the rules, regulation, activities & performance.
This program will enable the student to initialize the core values in their personal lives and daily activities. Each section will introduce the value of the months, club activities, student counseling, In-house meetings, visit to blind school, educational trips, cultural exchange programs, assembly, theme pay prayers, Poster, Songs, skips and charts.
It is important to focus on PD from early stage to ensure Success in life. We aim to cover topics like Confidence building and personality enhancement.
We will be focusing on time table preparation, study habit preparation how to face exam with confidence with an importance of time management.
Which will be discuss like, Communication, Decision making, creative thinking, Interpersonal relationship, self awareness, empathy, coping with stress, coping with emotions.
“Motivation creates interest” that is the reason every year we take the students to educational excursion. Sometimes students are also taken to nearby places like museums, movies and magic shows to develop their thinking outlook.
“Health is Wealth” therefore, every year we organize free health check-ups camp in collaborations with reputed health organization for our students.
From the session 2022-23 the school has introduced E-diary in which parents will get all types of information regarding activities held in schools as well as daily assignments, attendance, routine and syllabus. Parents can also communicate with teachers through this e-diary.
In addition to becoming knowledge individuals, it is crucial for children to become responsible adults. Under this module, students are encouraged to put ‘others interest’ before their own and get involved in selfless service for the benefit of those around them.
Besides nurturing their athletic talents, this module inculcates a spirit of healthy competition and team work in students. We all know a healthy mind lives in a healthy body.
We have Football and Hockey Fields, Basketball Court, Cricket ground, Volleyball, Gymnasium, Indoor games like Carrom, Chess, Table Tennis and many more.
Qualified trainers and coaches monitor the progress of every child, to ensure that they learn, and excel at a wide range of sports and games.
Sports and physical education are an integral part of holistic learning at Saraswati Public School. We believe that regular physical activity builds discipline, confidence, leadership and a healthy lifestyle.
We strongly believe that education is incomplete without sports and physical activities. Through structured sports programmes, students learn teamwork, discipline, perseverance and the spirit of healthy competition.
